when i do pilates in the living room the pup just doesn’t get it. he wants to be wherever i am… especially if i’m lying on the floor. when i am lying on my back and put my arms over my head he immediately sees the opening and ducks his head into my armpit. when i’m rolling like a ball he scoots behind me each time i come up and i have to roll back on him to make him move. when i’m on my back or stomach he’ll just cozy up right next to me. don’t get me wrong, i LOVE snuggly dog time. but it makes working out at home near impossible. even when i stand up he decides to take my place on the mat.
but he’s just so cute i can only get so irritated with him
(and yes, i realize “Namaste” is a yoga term but are there really any Pilates terms besides “naval to spine”?)
aww, what a cute little puppy dog! Mine do the same thing and it’s true, it makes working out very difficult.

That’s like Harvey! It’s nearly impossible to do any yoga with him around!
