good:  i’m almost done with my christmas shopping.  i’ve finished up gifts for everyone except my sister and actually need to return some gifts that i bought for some but later saw something i liked better.  my sister is definitely the easiest to shop for so having her as the only one to still buy for is a good thing. 

better:  my calendar is full.  i mean F U L L.  normally i would not be okay with this because time flies by too quickly when you have no downtime in the future but sometimes my schedule is too empty and it makes me sad.  with the holidays and everything else it just seems to fill up so quickly anyway.  and there’s quite a few baking intensive things on the list too which i love.  i bake whenever i can but normally just don’t have the time or energy anymore so when it’s something i’ve committed to it makes it mandatory and as much as i may dread it i love it once i get going.  part of this is that i’m also participating in my first official cookie swap and can’t wait!

best:  as if my schedule wasn’t already crammed enough it’s now being completely taken over with packing and planning.  you see i’m now going to be moving in january, to M’s house.  because we’re engaged!  yes, you read that correctly.  M asked me to marry him and of course i said YES!  it’s been so exciting, and crazy, and a whirlwind already.  we’re super busy on the planning even though i’m kinda over that side of it… though it was really fun for me to go out and buy my very first bride magazine!  plenty of posts to come about the excitement and awesomeness that’s already begun!
